Sharon Livas provides middle market Clients with solutions beyond conventional insurance procurement. An insurance professional since 1984, she has developed and structured
insurance and risk financing programs within the manufacturing, food processing, real estate and technology industries. Sharon delivers practical and sound advice about managing risk through services including Retention Analysis, Risk Identification and Assessment, Captive Feasibility and Alternative Financing Solutions.

Sharon joined Alper in 2008 after spending 17 years as a Sales Director with a major national brokerage firm. She is a member in good standing of the Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and a past member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). Sharon has been an instructor for new insurance professionals in a variety of risk management topics.
Sharon is involved with several civic organizations, as a member of the Family Outreach Program, a Wings volunteer, and a volunteer with the Leukemia Society.
