Ryan joined Alper Services in 2011 and specializes in the design and cost control of employee benefits. He has been working with the Alper Team since 2004 as an insurance carrier representative where he worked on cost reduction implementation for many Clients and their employee benefits. Ryan understands internal systems at insurance carriers and is able to utilize his knowledge to benefit Alper’s Clients.

Passionate about helping others, Ryan brings every resource available to him to find an appropriate solution to any challenge. He is always looking to help make mutually beneficial introductions as a way to solve problems for Clients and the community at large.

Health care is a large expense item for all employers but also an important recruitment and retention tool. Ryan carefully assesses every aspect of an employer’s benefit plan to mitigate costs while maintaining strong benefits as a core are of expertise. He focuses on effectively educating employees on best practices for benefits utilization and integrating wellness as part of a company’s culture to reduce absenteeism and presenteeism and improve productivity.

Ryan earned his B.S. in Engineering Management from Miami University, and will finish his MBA in 2011 from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. When he is not working or in class, Ryan enjoys personal fitness, community service, athletics, and reading.
