Helen Clary has been serving Alper Clients since 2002. Today, she leads the Employee Benefits department where she applies more than 30 years of practical experience. As an expert in healthcare finance, Helen is able to design and implement consumer-driven healthcare plans. She is passionate about developing long-term sustainable cost structures for the Alper Clients she serves. Helen also helps employers create cultures of wellness within their companies in order to reduce their overall cost of healthcare. Applying her wealth of expertise, Helen directs a full complement of employee benefit programs designed to meet the specific needs of Alper Clients.
To stay on top of the latest industry trends, Helen is a member of the Health Insurance Institute of America (HIIA), the Society of Human Resource Professionals and the National Association of Health Insurance Underwriters. She also donates her time to a variety of worthy causes. She is a docent at the Lincoln Park Conservatory, a member of the St. Clement Parish Council, and
a volunteer at Children’s Memorial Hospital and LaLeche League International.
