Iris joined Alper Services in 2010. She is responsible for coordinating and conducting workers compensation claim reviews for Alper Clients. Iris is also responsible for the Reserve Reduction program which aggressively manages workers compensation claims to see that reserves are monitored and reduced properly and the claims close quickly and cost efficiently. Iris also oversees the Early Intervention Program for our Clients which quickly identifies those claims which typically drive 80% of your claims costs.

As a Registered Nurse, Iris is a resource for Clients on understanding the medical aspects of a workers comp claim. Iris is an experienced claims manager with over 25 years of claims experience and works closely with Clients and adjusters to help facilitate effective claims management.

Prior to joining Alper Services, Iris was most recently a Workers Compensation Claims Manager for a self-insured manufacturing corporation. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from Lewis University. Iris also holds certification from Michigan State University as a Certified Workers Compensation Professional and is a Certified Occupational Health Nurse and Certified Case Manager.
