Todd began his career as an insurance professional back in 1989. He joined forces with Alper Services back in 1995 and now leads their Industrial Division. He is a strong advocate
for the specialty markets he supports, which include Steel Manufacturing, Transportation, Environmental, Property Development and Heavy Industrial.

Todd understands the subtle nuances and complexities surrounding Molten Metal risks. He places particular emphasis on serving the risk management needs of steel mills and properties containing blast furnaces and/or electric arc furnaces. He also offers a wealth of expertise in hard-to-place Environmental risks, including Smelting, Ethanol, and all forms of Brownfield Property and Environmental risks. This unique industry insight has allowed
him to become an active contributor to numerous insurance trade journals. Todd often serves as a consultant to the Steel, Transportation and Property Development industries, aiding in
the design of customized insurance programs.

Applying nearly 20 years of risk management experience, Todd develops industry-specific programs which exceed Client expectations.
